Brows

Good to know
Prices shown are our service prices; a 3% fee is added to card transactions. Some services have a remaining balance due on the day, payable in cash or by card. Training balances are cash only.
Free parking on site. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.
Come with a clean face where you can. Bring your current skincare products to any consultation.
We ask for 48 hours’ notice. Inside 48 hours your booking fee can’t be moved to another appointment or refunded. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled on the same day is treated as a no‑show. You can reschedule yourself from the link in your confirmation email.
If you’re more than 10 minutes late we have to cancel the appointment, and the booking fee is forfeited.
A missed appointment with no notice is recorded as a no‑show, and so is any appointment cancelled or rescheduled on the day it is booked for. The booking fee isn’t refunded or transferred, and we’re not able to book you again.
If you or someone close to you falls ill within 24 hours of your appointment, let us know as soon as you can and we’ll move it with no fee lost. We’d always rather reschedule than have you come in unwell.
Rarely, we may need to decline treatment — for an undisclosed skin or health condition, if a client is under the influence, or for any behavior that makes it unsafe to work comfortably.

Gift cards are nonrefundable, have no cash value, and cannot be replaced if lost or shared. Any remaining balance may be used toward a future appointment.
